TERMS OF USE AND RULES OF ONLINE AUCTION BENEFICIARIES

These terms and conditions and Rules apply to all fundraising auction beneficiaries.

• From time-to-time fundraising auctions receive donated items to be auctioned.
• Registered beneficiaries are invited to promote these auctions to their followers and supporters
• The beneficiary selected by the highest bidder will receive funds as follows.

1 Funds

• Beneficiaries will receive 70% of the highest bid in an exclusive fundraising auction where the beneficiary supplies their own auction item.
• Beneficiaries will receive 50% of the highest bid in open fundraising auctions where the auction items have been donated to the site.
• The highest bidder will select their chosen beneficiary when registering for an auction.
• Beneficiaries will receive payment once purchaser has paid for and received their item.
• The rules for each auction are clearly stated on the auction pages and will apply.
